Psychedelics

Awaken your intuition and trust in yourself with the aid of psychedelics to grow and evolve for this next era of your journey.

Some things to consider

  • Psychedelics have been used for millennia across many cultures for healing, self-exploration, and growth.

  • For many years, Western cultures did not value psychedelics. Now we have significant evidence of the efficacy of psychedelic work in addressing a variety of conditions, including anxiety, PTSD, depression, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and more. (Sources: MAPS, Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic & Consciousness Research)

  • In order to maximize the benefit of psychedelic psychotherapy, it can be most supportive to pair with preparation and integration sessions, leading up to and after the journey itself.

  • Different psychedelics have a variety of effects and use cases which should be taken into consideration depending on the unique circumstances for each individual, including their goals and past experiences.

Working with me

  • I have extensive personal and professional experience with psychedelic healing. I understand the tremendous benefits that psychedelics can provide, and the importance of minimizing the risks. My unique life experiences and an unconventional path allows me to support you in a variety of ways.

  • My expertise in this realm is wide-ranging. My background includes InnerTrek’s Psychedelic Facilitator Training for psilocybin, leading to licensure as a Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in the State of Colorado; Psychedelics Today’s year-long Vital program, completing a certificate in Psychedelic-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, and Integration; Journey Clinical & Fluence’s Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Theory & Methodology training; as well as two trainings with Autistic Psychedelic Community on Psychedelic Care for Neurodivergent Clients. Read more here.

  • I combine elements of spirituality and psychedelics as holistic paths for healing, inner reflection, and growth. If clients are interested in exploring their spirituality as a lens to interpret their experience, that’s something we can do together. One of the perspectives I offer is rooted in the mystical tradition of Judaism, known as Kabbalah. Some of the trainings I’ve taken related to this include Using Judaism as a Container for Psychedelic Experiences; studying under Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, Ph.D. on the use of Jungian depth psychology and embodied ritual work for intergenerational trauma healing; and multiple Kabbalah trainings. Read more here.

  • I specialize in working with different forms of trauma, including intergenerational and ancestral trauma as well as Complex PTSD. Learn more about that here.

Working with Ketamine

  • Often people find that ketamine is a gentler introduction to psychedelic work, as it is a shorter journey (typically around 1.5 hours). As a dissociative, it can create a sense of separation from challenging emotions.

  • The process includes working with a prescriber to both prescribe the ketamine as well as determine the appropriate number of journey sessions, and we would together decide on the number of preparation and integration sessions to precede and follow.

  • These sessions can be either remote or in-person.

  • Each journey session is 3 hours long (including preparation and wind down), so depending on which pricing tier you choose, we will be able to determine the cost per session before starting work together.

Working with Psilocybin

  • Psilocybin journeys typically last 4-6 hours. Often people find that psilocybin can invite deeper exploration of challenging emotions, which some find to be cathartic and rewarding.

  • I work with Reset LLC and The Center Origin to provide psilocybin therapy, so the exact pricing and number of sessions will depend on the healing center that we ultimately choose to work with. We can discuss this on a consultation call. The healing center will provide the psilocbyin.

  • These sessions are only available in-person.
