I offer a tiered structure based on self-assessed financial need.
We are deeply entrenched in capitalism and therefore we exchange money for time and effort. To resist this impersonal exchange, I offer a tiered system.
Take some time to consider your financial need and privilege, per the financial need and privilege section below the tiers. Next, review and reflect on the tier structure below. Finally, determine an amount of money that will be manageable for you.
Ranges are given so you can select a contribution within the tier's range. You may change your contribution at any time through initiating a conversation, and we will always have at least one conversation a year to ensure that our expectations are aligned.
I don’t accept any insurance, and am considered an out-of-network provider. I offer superbills that you may submit to your insurance company to reimburse you using out-of-network benefits.

This tier reflects that even though you sometimes stress about money, you have stable-enough resources, and you can consistently make your financial ends meet. This option is an honest and thoughtful way of committing to the wider community who may not have the same access to financial wealth and privilege that you may have.
Tier 4: Not in need of financial support
While this tier doesn’t necessarily reflect your emotional or spiritual state of well-being, select this option if you have consistent and stable financial resources. At this moment, you are fully aware of your financial privilege to support yourself and others, since contributing at Tier 4 cushions my ability to offer Tier 1 contributions.
Make an impact for mental health accessibility
You may generously decide to donate above your contribution to financially support others who are experiencing temporary financial hardships.
Occasionally, established clients will experience a period of financial need and will need to access care at a cost below Tier 1, which I can accomodate for a set period of time. Any contributions you make will enable them to continue receiving mental health care during this time.
